Giuseppe Pizzuto is Director of VEI Green.
He joined the VEI Capital team in February 2014, in the role of Manager of Legal Affairs. Within PFH, he mainly focuses on the sector of renewable energy sources.
He graduated with a degree in Law from Università di Roma Tre. He gained important experience in the structured finance department of the Orrick, Herringhton & Sutcliffe international law firm, providing legal consultancy to the largest financial institutions as part of their structured finance transactions (securitisations, EMTN issues, RMBS, CMBS, asset finance, and LBO). Giuseppe Pizzuto then specialised in the energy & infrastructure segment, assuming the role of General Counsel in a leading private equity fund dedicated to investments in the renewable energy sector.
